Lonwabo is a Chartered Accountant and serial entrepreneur focused on building transparent financial infrastructure. He completed his articles at Absa, where he was named Trainee of the Year, and later joined the Markets business in the CIB division, covering banks as a rated equity analyst. Combining deep public markets expertise with hands-on venture building, he brings disciplined insight and founder-led execution to shaping and driving MINT’s strategy.

Eletu Silo is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a strong foundation in external audit, financial reporting, and corporate governance. He brings a wealth of professional experience gained through his tenure in the auditing profession, most recently serving as an Audit Manager at EY.

Juan van Wyk is a technology executive with a background in fintech, quantitative finance, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software development. With experience spanning investment management, operational leadership, and software engineering, he has built and scaled complex technology platforms.
